Return of goods of proper quality

A return of a good quality product purchased in our retail store is allowed within 14 days after purchase. To do this, you need to contact our store at the address: Moscow, Maly Kozikhinsky lane, 10 b. 2.

Please note that swimsuits, bodysuits, and underwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable*.

Return of goods of proper quality purchased in our online store is allowed within 7 days after purchase (clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection").

According to paragraph 21 of the Rules for the sale of Goods by remote means, approved by
By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 of 27.09.2007, the return of the goods is possible if:

— The product was not in use;
— The presentation (labels and labels containing the characteristics of the product,
the original packaging of the manufacturer) and consumer properties of the product are preserved;
— There is a document confirming the purchase of the product (cash register / product receipt).


The procedure for the Buyer:

1. Prepare a set of documents: 
— Completed return form**
— Original / copy of the cash receipt/any other payment information;
— A copy of the identity document (for a refund).

2. Pack the product in its original packaging.

3. Before sending, please notify us by calling or writing to us by phone: +7 (925) 701-16-81 from 12: 00 to 21: 00 (Moscow time).

4. Return the product and the above set of documents in one of the ways:
— By means of the Russian Post or other courier services to the Seller's store at the address: 123001, Moscow, Maly Kozikhinsky pereulok, 10 p. 2;
— By contacting the retail store at the address: Moscow, Maly Kozikhinsky lane, 10 b. 2.

BLANK OF RETURN

The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the customer.

In addition, we ask you
to inform us of the track number of the shipment by any convenient means of communication
by phone: +7 (925) 701-16-81 when making a return of the goods via Russian Post or other courier services.
The refund is made within 10 days from the date of receipt and verification of the goods by the seller.


WAYS TO RETURN MONEY WHEN BUYING IN A RETAIL STORE:

— If you pay for the goods in cash, the refund is made in cash;

— In case of non-cash payment, it is carried out directly to the card from which the payment was made.
WAYS TO RETURN MONEY WHEN BUYING ONLINE:

— When the order is paid in cash to the courier, it is only paid to the Buyer's Bank Account, which is indicated in the return form;

— In case of non-cash payment, it is made directly to the account from which the payment was made.


The return of the goods of inadequate quality is in accordance with the RF law "On protection of consumer rights" and the Decree of the RF Government of 27.09.2007 612 "On approval of Rules for the sale of goods remote way".
